Condition Monitoring & Asset Management Services
Hydralube has developed a computer based condition monitoring (CCM) system. The system uses acoustic emission sensors to continuously monitor production assets. The CCM system will inform process engineers which assets are in distress and which type of plasma to use to effectively repair an asset. The CCM system and Hydralube plasmas are currently being used in a number of major food processing lines in the UK.
